Krakoom!com is the official website of actor Bret Harrison.
Bret appeared in the Fox (and later WB) sitcom “Grounded for Life” for five seasons, followed by two short-lived seasons as the lead in the Fox sitcom “The Loop,” co-starring Mimi Rogers and Phillip Baker Hall. Currently, Bret is the star of the new CW series “Reaper,” the pilot of which was directed by Kevin Smith.
In addition to his TV work, Bret has appeared in a handful of movies including “Orange County” (starring Jack Black and Colin Hanks), “Lightning Bug” (an independent feature that Bret starred in), and the upcoming “Deal” which starred Bret and Burt Reynolds.
Other notable television appearances by Bret include an episode of “Law & Order: SVU” (where he, coincidentally, first met Michele Fazekas and Tara Butters, creators of “Reaper”), “The OC” (alongside his best friend, Adam Brody), and a handful of episodes in the final two seasons of “That 70’s Show.”
In addition to his acting work, Bret has also served as producer for two short films, a major motion picture with McG, and a television pilot for a major network with Doug Liman. He’s also a member of the band Big Japan, playing guitar alongside drummer Adam Brody.
Along with his writing partner, David Baldy, Bret has also done a rewrite on a feature film and written a comic book for DC. The duo have also penned a number of original screenplays and an original comic book series they hope to see published in 2008.
